Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a charge for the scheduled service. This policy helps us manage our schedule and serve all our clients effectively. Note that for discounted recurring services, cancelling after just one session reverts charges to our standard one-time rate.

Access
For your convenience and security, we offer two options for granting us access:
- Leave a key or access code with us securely.
- Arrange to meet us on-site. Please collect keys in person as we do not mail them for security reasons. If these options are unsuitable, please make alternative arrangements.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, or check, with a 5% surcharge for credit card payments. Payment is due at the time of service. A credit card kept on file will be charged post-service for any outstanding balance, unless otherwise arranged. A $35 fee applies to returned checks.
Scheduling
We strive for consistency but cannot guarantee the same staff for each visit due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide a qualified replacement as needed. Should your service require more time than scheduled, we’ll seek your approval for any additional costs.
Arrival Windows
Exact arrival times can’t be guaranteed. We aim to arrive within a one-hour window of your scheduled time.
Holidays
We will contact you to reschedule services that fall on our observed holidays.

24-Hour Guarantee
Quality is our pride. If you’re unsatisfied, instead of a refund, we offer a re-clean if reported within 24 hours of service.
Gratuity
Gratuities, while not expected, are appreciated for exceptional service. A note of appreciation is also valued.
Breakage/Loss
Real Cleaning is bonded and insured. Report any incidents within 24 hours of service with photos of the damage.
Supplies
Real Cleaning utilize the highest-quality, approved cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that each supply is used exclusively once per appointment to maintain the utmost hygiene and efficiency. Furthermore, if you have a preference for specific cleaning products, please do not hesitate to inform us prior to your scheduled cleaning. This allows us to tailor our services to meet your exact needs, ensuring a customized cleaning experience that aligns with your preferences.
Gift Certificates / Cards
Gift certificates are non-refundable, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
